Can I specify what time I want my delivery?

Our delivery hours are Monday to Friday 4pm - 7pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm. As much as we would love to be able to cater to specific time frames for everyone unfortunately this isn’t always possible. Please feel free to state what time you would prefer and we will try to cater to your preferred time if possible. Thank you for understanding.

If you need an order delivered out of our delivery hours please contact us and we will try our best to accomodate.

Do you do other boxes not advertised?

Unfortunately we currently dont cater for full custom orders due to our high demand however, we hope to in the future.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Unfortunately at this point we do not have the facilities to be able to do so. It is something we will look at in the future.

How much notice do you need for orders?

Orders need to be placed before 2pm for next day delivery. Please understand some orders of large quantities may require more notice and we encourage you to contact us with your request.

What happens if my order can’t be delivered due to lack of access or no safe place to leave?

If the person is not home at the time of delivery or we are unable to locate the address due to lack of information or access we will try to contact the recipient and if they do not answer we will return the items to the place of business and a $12 re-delivery fee will be required for next day delivery.
